Adam was hired in 1996 by Work Recovery, INC. He was responsible for the functional and occupational rehabilitation of injured workers. The format was to utilize exercise therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic, and work hardening skills. After three years, he entered Sherman College Chiropractic College and graduated Magna Cum Laude in the year of 2000.

Dr. Gentry has a love of travel. When he graduated with his Doctoral degree, he practiced abroad in Europe and Central America for over 15 years. This was a tremendous experience for him and his entire family. Dr. Gentry states " We are so blessed to be able to travel and train abroad, but coming home would be nice." Since his two children were in the high school years, he thought it would be the perfect time to re-establish their roots back in the Upstate and to be closer to family.

Dr. Gentry has been married 25 years to his wife, Angela. She is an RN with St. Francis Bon Secour. His children, Ty and Peyton, are students at Powdersville High School. Ty is an avid Motorcross racer and Golfer, while Peyton runs Track / Cross Country, and is musically talented.
