This was a tremendous experience for him and his entire family. Dr. Gentry states " We are so blessed to be able to travel and train abroad, but coming home would be nice." Since his two children were in the high school years, he thought it would be the perfect time to re-establish their roots back in the Upstate and to be closer to family.
Dr. Gentry has been married 25 years to his wife, Angela. She is an RN with St. Francis Bon Secour. His children, Ty and Peyton, are students at Powdersville High School. Ty is an avid Motorcross racer and Golfer, while Peyton runs Track / Cross Country, and is musically talented.

The doctor will ask you a series of questions such as Where is the pain, when did it begin, what makes it better or worse? Then a thorough examination will be performed in which case the doctor will check your reflexes, blood pressure, balance, gait, skin sensory changes muscle strength and more to determine the cause of your back or neck pain. At this point the doctor may recommend x-rays or an MRI if he feels like further imaging will be necessary to determine the exact cause.
